Ha ha! My brother has been smoking black & mild for a while and I told him the same exact thing. I've tried so many of them and they all suck.

Re: Pipe tobacco cigars?

If you want to smoke pipe tobacco smoke a pipe!

I have two humidors, over 150 cigars, and 7 pipes. If you want it to smell like aromatic pipe tobacco, then do it. If you want the appeal of cigar, then do that. But get it out of head quick that you will find something that smells like aromatic pipe tobacco, look like a cigar, and still has some quality flavor.

Maybe someone else has found it, but I haven't.

I don't know what is exactly (I suspect the homogenized tobacco wrapper), but the Middleton's & like pipe tobacco cigars give me headaches.

Acid cigars are the only flavored cigars I've enjoyed that have quality taste. Most folks say they have a nice aroma too. Of course they aren't made of pipe tobacco, but they don't taste like a conventional cigar either.

I dont like those a lot, but I dont hate them either. For a (very) cheap cigar ($.50-$1 each) they are not bad. Better than Dutch Masters/any other "gas station gar" IMO. If I want to smoke something cheap in a pinch, these will do.

Re: Pipe tobacco cigars?

I tried these just recently when I first got into cigars, and thought they were horrible
