Flavors I've Detected
After about a thousand cigars, I think I have started to detect the different flavors used to describe cigars. Here is a list of some of them:
Creamy: La Aurora Perferido Robusto Pepper: 601 La Punta Cedar: Bolivar Belicosos Finos Green Apple: Ashton Aged Maduro #10 Toasty: Monti #2: Cocoa: Olivia Serie G Maduro Belicoso Earth: Kristoff Maduro Torpedo Tobacco: Ashton VSG Corona Gorda Spice: CAO Brazila Gol Woodsy: Don Diego Aniversario #2 Nutty: Punch Champion Leather: DPG Magnates I know everyone has different tastes so please shoot me you opinions! |

Yeah I share a couple of those with ya, like the Oliva Mad. and the C.A.O. Brazilia. Spring 2008 is when I really started to take notice of different flavors rather than just "i like it" and "i don't like it".
A number on your list I haven't tried, and now am anxious to. Thanks for sharing your investigation. Cheers!

Many of those I haven't tried, but I definitely agree on the Brazilia, the Montecristo #2 and the Oliva G.

The first one I distinctly remember getting a flavor was the Ashton Aged Maduro. For some reason the green apple really comes through.
