El Bigote Cigars?

Have any of you ever heard of these cigars? I got one in a Grab Bag Sampler from Atlantic but I can't find any information about it anywhere.

Its an 8.5 x 54 made by Padron, only once every five years. It has special fillers, special binders, special wrappers, all from secret places, that they wont tell us, as we wouldnt understand.
They are very limited and very hard to get.
They retail four in a special box with a leather case made by gucci for 657.00 american. You have to put yourself on the list at least three years ahead of time. And only one box per customer if available.

If you have read this so far, you probably know I dont know what I am talking about, and never heard of this cigar before.
