Factory Codes, Puff.com Newb here
OK, i tried posting a thread earlier, but it was moved or deleted.
I will try to do this another way. Has anybody ever heard of this factory code of GKL? I have some pictures of a box of cohiba maduro 5's i want to buy, but i want to get some input on if they are real by looking at the pics i took of the box. It has the factory stamp and date stamped on the bottom. It says GKL Feb09. There is also a stamp over the warranty seal, says something like vendido en cuba and comintur. There is the seal on the bottom left hand side, a white habanos band on the upper right. Also, a transparent hologram with a black serial number on it, says Cuba in the hologram. Then a round hologram just to the right of the seal that says Aqui, then habanos and something else. I am not sure if this sounds normal for a box from cuba.. i know it looks legit. I guess i am still too much of a noob to post links yet. How about if i attach some pics?? |

Re: Factory Codes, Puff.com Newb here
I know this was addressed in your other post, but the "Vendido en Cuba" and "Comintur" stamps are only found on counterfeit cigars, as is the "Aqui Su Garantia" sticker. There should be no factory code or date on the bottom of the box, nor should there be a warranty seal or Habanos sticker. All of that will be found on the cardboard outer box. Also, no box of Habanos is shrink-wrapped.
