Anejo MSRP

Does anyone know where one could score either a box or singles (any vitiola) of the Fuente Anejo's at or close to MSRP online? Also, would anyone maybe be interested in doing some sort of split if we can find a box. I have had two in my life (a shark, and a 55), and I have another shark i recently got in teh Holts sampler they are doing for fathers day (Great deal, btw. 1 VSG sorcerer, 1 anejo shark, 1 fuente cuban belicoso, 1 Ashton Cabinet #2, 1 Hemingway WOA for 42.95 +5 s.h.) Anyways, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Puff on!

Re: Anejo MSRP

I've only received a few at MSRP back during Christmas from Tampa... but like Tom said, it's rare to find a dealer selling boxes at MSRP consistently because if they do get it, chances are they'll be gone in a few hours.

Use this link as a reference, however.. I always do when I shop Fuentes.

Re: Anejo MSRP

Around christmas I was able to get them at the local B&M
No.50 $9.00
No.48 $9.50
No.49 $10.00
Shark $9.65
They had a limit of 2 and they had to be different sizes but I went in there almost everyday and ended up with 10 50's, 4 48's, 4 49's, and 5 sharks. You just have to get lucky or have connections.

Yeppers trying to build a box stick by stick, problem is not smoking the contents before hand. Smoke some send some in bombs, start all over again. Oh well this is fun. Its like baseball and football card collecting, its the chase baby. If you ever stopped searching, then what the hell would you do? I left card collecting because of over saturating of product. No fun when its just a bidding war.

Another Fuente Freak is born . The only recommendation I can make is to check your local B&M's and have the cash with you to pull the trigger when you find them without a stick limit . Good luck ! o

The last time my guy got his shipment in was just before last Christmas. As usual, he sent out an email, and the next morning I was one of six guys hanging around outside his door half an hour before he opened. I think we were all very aware of our position in the line, I know I was.

He opened up twenty minutes late that day. It was like that old Velvet Underground song. BASTIGE!!

He had six boxes of various Opus and Anejo sizes. We each grabbed one of the boxes, opened it up and started trading 'em around.

"OK, who's got the petit lanceros?"

"Which ones are they?"

I think if anyone had tried to buy a whole box, he wouldn't have made it out of the walk-in humidor.

I bought half a dozen or so that day. I went back the next day and picked up a few more. The day after they were gone.
