Casa Fuente-Worth the price?

I've heard a lot of hype about these cigars, I would like to try one. But are they worth the hefty , hefty price ? And if so, where can you get them besides going to Las Vegas or Cigar.com? Thanks for your input.

Definately worth a try.

My favorite is the Corona Gorda. Not an everyday smoke but a once and a while smoke they are great.

I think if you're going to smoke one, you should smoke one in Vegas and get the whole experience. Enjoying a fine cigar is 50% cigar and 50% surroundings.

Agreed. I love Fuentes, my favorite NCs, but the price of the Casas is probably not worth the difference...I prefer the Hemingways and Anejos...but when in Vegas.....

Not worth what they're charging at Cigar.com. You'd be better off saving for a trip to Vegas and buying one there. If you do get there, then they're worth it.

Re: Casa Fuente-Worth the price?

I just had a few in the last couple weeks. There very good, but nowhere near the price. If I hadn't been in Vegas with a drop dead gorgeous bartender begging to make me a Mojito, I would have had a problem buying them.

Under the described circumstances...I bought 4 of each shape.

I've had one corona gorda and have another resting. Like everyone else said, it was a great cigar, but not worth the price IMO.

Re: Casa Fuente-Worth the price?

I just came back from vegas and I must say while the Casa fuente is a good cigar, there are much better. There is something about buying a cigar from the only place that sells them and a waitress with a see thru dress on, asking you if you need a light.
