How do you pronounce anejo ?

Corona gigante is right. However, in most regions of latin america (Guatemala, El Salvador, etc.) it would be more like an-YEY-ho. The e that follows the ñ has a sound like the e in "however". I'm pretty fluent in Spanish but I just called a friend who has been speaking spanish his whole life to confirm.

yep i think this is the closest.

the E in spanish is pronounced like the e in "however". and also as Corona Gigante said the ñ makes the sound as ny in "nyuck nyuck"

its a little bit difficult to pronounce if you have never heard it inspanish but is something like that.
