How to tell if cigars are fakes?
Im not sure if this even happens much but if you haven't ever tried the cigar how do you know if they are counterfeit or not. Do stores ever sell counterfeits and what would be the signs of this?

Im only asking this becuase there is a section of this forum that says counterfeit cigars....maybe it really only happens with cubans, which I rarely smoke.

If you are talking NC then any reputable store will not be selling fakes.
Why risk their reputation and business for something that they can get easily.

You will notice that i said a reputable shop. That was bought in the DR so I would guess that that shop is not one. Not saying that there isn't any but i doubt you will find them in your local B&M.
