What combo of beer and cigars do you choose?

We all know cigars are good with spirits, but some of us still like a good beer and cigar. What combos do you enjoy?

I thought I would share a few good couplings and want to here what other people enjoy.
drew estate Acid Def Sea with Weyerbachers Insanity (what a great night and both tasted wonderful!)
Punch Hemingway and a porter is very good
Savingelli and a good IPA
Romeo and Julieta Maduro Reserve (silver label)with a winter warmer (recently had Old Engine Oil, awesome, both dark and rich!)
Gurkha with Dogfish Heads Raison d'Etra

Don'thave specific paring, but I like cigars with these guys:

A totally radical wheat beer. So luscious I blush when I drunk it.

Beautiful esters, fruity, crisp, a favorite.

Blue Moon and a Monte 2(domestic). Even better with a slice of orange with the beer! Not my everyday combo; but is kind of a treat.

My favorite is a good big, tall, cold Black&Tan with my ISOMs!! If only it weren't Sunday night; I'd ... !

Re: What combo of beer and cigars do you choose?

I have posted about beers and cigars in the past. Particular favorites with the cigars I gravitate to, that being the high octane, full bodied cigars, are the Raison de Etre by Dogfish Head, Old Rasputin by North Coast, Bells Expedition Stout, Old Stock Ale,another offering from North Coast, and Sami Klaus, one of the worlds strongest brews, 14% by volume, I think technically it might be a malt liquior. All of these are high alcohol, 8-14% by weight and are pretty malty versus hoppy. I think the sugar compliments and mellows the kick of the powerhouse cigars. Most of these are meant to be drunk at cellar temperatures and not ice cold. As they warm they develop almost port like qualities; especally the Sami. Sadly not a damn one of them is available in the great state of Mississippi because they exceed the ABC mandated limit of 6% by volume. Frank B

Hey Seangar, went back and read your posts after I posted. A man after my own heart as far as your taste in beers go. Have drunk all of the them but the Alesmith Speedway, never been able to find it. Frank B

Gonna try this out with the next PSD4 I smoke. Usually a nice port wine, or red wine works for me.

Too many to pick from. But right now I'm pretty happy with a Hoegaarden or my old standby Fat Tire
