3. South America and the newly recognized continent of...
4. Central America

N'urf - for anyone with a short memory than I have, I note you knocked us dead with MayDay yirg quality at WAY NICER than a fair price, PLUS a cool mug, PLUS some ultra-fine stogies, PLUS timely shipping and good packaging. If you want to provide some of the beans (or a bean) for this project at retail, I would be real good with that. Mostly I don't like getting business and pleasure mixed up but:

• we do it with cigars every day; and
• you went above and beyond on the MayDay pass; and
• it's a small measure of support for your continued presence and advice.

If you're in for all or part I think that's great; and I open the same offer to roaster-participant MrJerry who has been more than kind with free bean trials and advice to CS members over the past couple of years.

Absent interest from Uncle and Killer we move to the usual suspects - perhaps two orders from Sweet Marias (reliable), one from CCM (bean grower in the blind, but good quality) and one from a Green Bean Buyers Club (great prices, but quality from A to Z).

This seems good. One suggestion however, while for the most part there is no winners or losers; I'd say yes for three of the quarters. But the Africa, Middle East quarter should be our yearly Yirg roast. Sort of like our playoffs.
