Yes, there is, though not much. I'll keep it in reserve and report back in a week. In the meantime I think I'll roast up a nice batch of quakery Yemen Mokha.

All I can say is that completely ended first to v'ard 2nd has been yielding fantastic results ever since Monday, roasted on Saturday. It's creamy, yet pops with acidity and floral notes. The mouth feel is very dense and coating. It's quite wonderful, and apparently my coworkers think so as well, they have been killing pots of this stuff lately.

We really have enjoyed this coffee. Not much left, so savor it.

[SIZE="4"]On this day of Thanksgiving, may I offer a hearty thanks to all on the board for another year of camaraderie, good fun and education. And a special thanks to all who have kept this Herd of Cats running somewhat in the same direction, especially Unc Norm for the wonderful selection of beans from around the world.

The lesson I learned during the 2008 Amok is the importance of resting periods. Looking forward to the 2009 season.

Thanks guys (and gals)
