Ordering Killer Beans
Hey anyone thats ordered from Killer Beans on-line, how do they recieve payment??? I just placed an order for a couple pounds, and recieved a confirmation e-mail, but I never entered a CC#........ Now thats service, I place an order no payment required I'd happily do business again...

If you put your phone number down when ordering he sprobably will be calling you shortly.
Give him a call and talk to him. He should explain this.
I have only ordered from him a couple times and it was like we were friends.

They will invoice you and you mail them a check... oh and if you don't pay two guys from North Jersey with Baseball Bats will be knocking on your door...

I spoke with Jerry this morning, very nice guy, he was able to offer a few suggestions on coffee's to try, being such the newb I am, .......


Oh yeah, he did manage to work that fact that he's 6' 8'' into or conversation, I'll make sur payment goes right out


I Can hijack my own thread by the way:

Coffee warning to newbs, in the excitment of discovering what good coffee can taste like, one must practice a little disicpline ex. do not brew that pot of coffee an hour before bed time thinking you'll be okay......

In this day & age its hard to find people who do business the way Jerry does. I've ordered multiple times from him, and like you, was confused the first time when I wasnt required to send payment.

I fell in love with his Caribbean Cut Throat, so in a few weeks time, I was placing my second order. I called him just to thank him for his unique & refreshing customer service, and to tell him how good his beans were.

Great service. Great coffee. What more do you want?

Oh, and now I know why Jerry offered me a job and asked what part of Jersey I was from....fugheddaboudit!

He should include that warning with his coffee. I am a caffeine addict and can drink Diet Mountain Dew or any other caffeinated soda and sleep no problem. One cup of this stuff and I watch the sunrise.

Another shameless plug for Jerry and his Killer Beans.
Customer service is examplary.
The product is exceptional.
I have not tried one of his roasts yet that I have not liked.
Favorite would be the Caribbean Cuthroat.
If Jerry doesn't have something in stock he CALLS you.
Unheard of in this day and age of faceless and impersonal net transactions.
And as mentioned, the fact that he trusts you to pay speaks volumes.
