I work in Customer Service. I try to provide good service to my customers, and when I think I am provided with it, I like to give credit where credit is due. I know he gets a lot of well deserved props here already, but here is another, Nova Surf deserves a big pat on the back.

I ordered my Behmor 1600, and just like my FR8, and the box arrived looking as if one of the UPS guys was using it for field goal practice. Both the outer and inner boxes had a good hole in it and the three pound bag of Negrita beans he sent with it was ripped and beans were everywhere. I was able to salvage most of them. But some had worked into the vents of the Roaster. When I picked ut up, it sounded like a baby rattle.

I emailed him and asked what I should do. The next day he told me to expect a call from Joe Behm, the inventor of the Behmore 1600. And when I got home the message was waiting for me. I called Joe the next day, he instructed me on removing a side panel and few minutes later, the beans were gone and I was ready to roast!!!

I was happy with Norman's service and placed another order. He threw in three bags of Cup of Excellence Coffees with my order. Also the Negrita Blend has been a big hit at work. Very Tasty Stuff!!!

Great that you took the time to give recognition where it's due!! Everything I have seen and experienced with novasurf would lead me to believe that this is just how Norman would handle things.

Good on you nova and good for you Alpedhuez55. Way to start out a mutually beneficial, long-standing relationship!!
