Very cool! If this pass is still open, I'd like to participate as well.

Totally blown away by this. I NEED one; and thankfully, my birthday is right around the corner.
Oh yes, the Brikka Moka Pot rocks, no fussing around as with the standard moka pot to get it just right.

I can see the appeal is for certain kinds of people. It takes any skill out of the equation; they should have called it the "Slakka."

So long as it makes crema like that, I'd be fine with "the Lazzy Baastage"

Curious to see how the crema holds after the pour.

Yeah! It's as good as Cliff's Notes and term papers bought on the internet. Why study?! Woo hoo!

Sye'k is taking you all down the primrose path and you're laughing gleefully along the way. Shameful. Just shameful.

My @ss (and my wallet) are still hurting from the last slope I slid down, so I need to hold on the brakes as much as possible--in the form of Mukkas and Brikkas and suck--before flying headlong into the doser of a Mazzer.

Yes - I am mean. It kills me to see people getting fabulous results with no suffering.

Hey! When we talked earlier about your Brikka results I didn't get the impression your machine was making crema like in the pix above. Is yours also a 2-cupper or is it larger? Are you getting better results now?

I'd love to be included in this pass if it's not too late. I'm a total novice, though, when it comes to coffee. I hope that's ok.

Re: Brikka Moka Pot Slow Pass

Jachin (dantzig) has offered to let me borrow the pass & forgo his 2nd weekend with it. If it's all the same to you all, I would sneak in & use the Brikka for just the one weekend and then ship to the next in line. We are both in the same city, so this would be pretty simple.

If we can do it this way, there should be no hold up in the pass & I can better make up my mind on getting the Brikka mokapot that's being passed around, or getting a Brikka mUkapot that I kinda have my eyes on.

If anyone has issue with this, please just chime in & I'll bow out.

Thanks all !

Doug
