Ok, so i took a good 6 months off of roasting, to sample what the pros had to offer..
It also took me this long to perfect my triple ristrettos lots of reading at homebaristas, and coffee geeks to get my skillz up but now i can take counter-culture beans, Macap them to perfection.... Dose, tap tap, tamp tamp. Run the water from my beautiful chrome Anita unti l she tells me the H20 is at perfect temp (no thermometers needed here.. she speaks to me). Then hook up the nekid portafilter and pull that lever..

now taht im back from my commercial coffee tour slash espresso education... Id like to ask whats new in the world o coffee roastin?? o

SOOOO what are the new crop of toys like/? Id like something a bit larger ad steadier than the jet engiee

Behmor. Don't let Mister Moo convience you that you need to do 10Lbs over a natural gas flame rotating over your home made coffee roaster. That's his latest project. He's expanding his Moo'ness so that he can either keep stale coffee on hand or send coffee bean bombs.

I'm keeping an eye on him. He was pretty erratic until his stand down. Still, he bears watching.
