Roasted with my trusty Heatgun in a Stainless steel bowl by my alter ego "The Caffeinator". Full City + , just about ready to pop off a full second crack and the smoke rises on every stir. This morning however it's a Bolivian Ceneproc which is another great Coffee.

Re: Whats In Your Mill Today?

Brazil Beja Flor

I roasted two batches-one just at the second crack and another well into the second crack...I am brewing up a small pot of each and giving them a taste. So far I have just had the lighter one and it is very good. I roasted these on the 26th....and have been gone. Still tons better than what I got in the hotels

This weekend has Kona from Davis on the hotseat! I have been roasting the beans from you with good success. The response from all who have tasted them has beend positive. Makes one kind of feel good.

Re: Whats In Your Mill Today?

Do you ever drink any?

Davis is sending me some beans as well. Kona is one of Lynn's favorites, so I am anxious to give it a try. Also just got some decaffinated beans and I want to roast some of that this weekend.
