Norm is the best out there IMO. I have talked with him on the phone and he is nothing less than great. You have found one of the few companies who still care about their customer and pride themsleves in every aspect of their business.

I placed my first order with them last month. Opening that box when it arrived was the most amazing smell.
So far I've tried the Doi Chaang Aged and had my first pot of the Negrita this morning. Both have been great! |

Norman is THE nincompoop of coffee goodness. He always has a great product and has been more than generous in lending assistance as I learn about this roasting thing.
UB has really turned into my "go to" vendor for both green and roasted
