I love Iced coffee.

Has anyone here ever had Manhatten Special Coffee soda?
It is delicious if not a bit too sweet bt still very tasty.

What are everyone's recipes for iced coffee? I've tried a few variations and havn't quite nailed down one that I really enjoy.

Any drink with coffee in it is aces in my book.

I am very interested in a good recipe also. Iced Coffee is great!

Have only tried Thai and Vietnamese iced coffees at restaurants. Have never tried it, but I'm sure KB coffee on ice would be good also.

I was looking for recipes on-line and came accoss a couple recipes.

One said to make regular strength coffee and freeze it into ice cubes. Then when you want iced coffee add the "coffee ice cubes" and it will not dilute your coffee as water ice cubes will.
Another was to use water ice cubes but make the coffee that you are adding it to very strong. That way when the ice cubes melt and dilute the coffee it will be regular strength.

Always keep a 2qt pitcher of this in the fridge during the summer.

I make 4 shots of espresso. Fill the pitcher with ice and add 2 packets of Equal. Pour the espresso over the ice, add skim milk to top. Stir it up and remove remaining ice with a slotted spoon.

Goes down sooooo good!

the recipe i use on a daily basis is a douple shot of espresso, double shot of water and double shot of soy milk in a pint glass filled with ice. some days i add splenda, others i dont.
