    When using 1 lb of coffee for CB, I let strew for 24 hrs........Wonderful with much less acid.....I have only used French roast, but
    am curious as to what others are using...

    Why is a small coffee at Starbucks called a 'Tall' and not a 'Small?'

    Couple questions for you:
    #1. How much water do you use for one pound of coffee?

    #2. Do you leave it at room temperature or refrigerate it for the 24 hours?

    I use 1 gal of water per 1/2 lb of coffee

    An "oath" has no expiration date......
