At 'Moo's suggestion, I'm posting here with a quick review.

Under the banner "Summermoon," these coffees are allegedly (as if I have any reason to doubt) roasted using "artisanal" wood roasting processes. While I can't comment on the mechanics of the process. I've been enjoying a Guatemalan city roast all this week from Summermoon and it's been lovely. Rich, nutty, touches of cream.

As I try other offerings from Summermoon, I'll post up my thoughts.
