The Roasterie is the name of this coffee. It's pretty darn good stuff. The biggest difference from the rest is that they air roast the beans. Here's a link to their site http://www.theroasterie.com/

Many restaurants in town serve their magic brew that has been custom blended for the individual restaurants.
