Uncle beanz Negrita review too

I recieved my beans a few days back and I must say, in the bag, the beans had a unique smell. It made me a litle nervous. I let the bag sit till this morning and the coffee aroma had taken over and smelled really good! Opening the bag the beans had a beatiful dark oily sheen to them.

I used my trusty french press for these. 3 minutes with 4-5 tablespoons grounds, stirred half way thru. Came out a little strong for me but with a little practice it I'll get her dialed in . Just like boonedoggle, i couldnt really tell much except it was strong. I added a little cream to it and then it seemed to bring some chocolate flavors out of it.


Bottom line, this is gonna be a great coffee once I get my grounds/seep time down.
