Long Island Charity Herf 2009!
Ok, I am planning my 4rd Annual Long Island, NY Charity Herf at Maxi’s Cigar Lounge for Saturday, September 19, 2009 @ 1:00pm. Last year we had over 75 people and this year promises to be even more. Here are the location details: Maxi’s Cigar Lounge 749 Hempstead Turnpike Franklin Square, NY 11010 Maxis Cigar Lounge 516-505-1489 This year, the herf will once again benefit the Variety Children’s Learning Center: www.vclc.org which is a school for children with Autism and learning delays. This cause is very important as the current statistic is Autism affects 1 in 100 children. $20.00 entrance fee includes hot tray foods, 2 - 6 foot heros, salads and soda/water. Everyone attending will receive a goodie bag. Raffle tickets are $5.00 each, 5 tickets for $20.00 and 13 tickets for $50.00 with all proceeds going to the school. A great time was had by all last year so let’s do it again this year! Post on this thread if you are plan on attending. |
