Man, Two contenders, the Krokus song is not too horrible, and the video is a classic. Love the Diner Crawlspace as the Alternate Universe...Genius.

And Motorhead, it is Motorhead, so the music is great. And the video is fun...Lemmy rising from the dead!!! Adult Movie quality acting in a musicless intro!!! ANd the lyrics, pure poetry...."If you squeeze my lizard, I'll put my snake on you"

I think Dio's version of the song is a lot better, but Killswitch Engage covered Holy Diver, I'm trying to decide which video is more cheesy. The princess having sideburns in this one though makes it hilarious. I'll look for some more later.

Thunder somehow managed to make a metal cover of a song that was mellower than the original. FNM killed a fish and I had two beta's die on my last year. Plus I was never a big fan theirs. As for Tigertailz, man, they were giving any group of guys with teased hair and makeup a record contract in the late 80s.

That is a contender!!! Very cheesy video but the song is one of Ozzy's best. Jake E. Lee is a very underrated guitarist too.

They were trying to hard to go over huge in the US at this point. I think they saw bands like Priest and Maiden come over to the us and rake in the dough playing arenas. They were kind of left behind. They should have evolved naturally and let the fans come to them.
