Favorite Classic Television Shows?

Being a relative youngster myself, I am interested in which 'classic' TV shows are everyone's favorites. I am not asking for classic like 'Seinfeld' or 'Friends', those are a little too recent.

I always liked 'Wonder Years', 'MacGyver', 'Full House' and 'I Love Lucy'. I realize they may not all be classics to everyone.

So I ask, what are your favorite classic TV shows?

Re: Favorite Classic Television Shows?

*Wonder Years (I was hot for Danica McKellar for the longest time!)
*Tales of the Gold Monkey (I know, "WHAT??!" It was an Indiana Jones- type show, with Stephen Collins, from 1982-83)
*The World At War (does that count?) and anything else involving World War II
*Star Trek (TOS)
*Cheers
*Night Court
*Dukes Of Hazzard
*The Fall Guy (remember that?)
*Dallas
*WKRP in Cincinnati (even without the Turkeys!)
*Monty Python's Flying Circus
*Lawrence Welk Show (I actually saw a few episodes, and hey, that bubble machine was cool!)
*The Muppet Show (Hey, it's classic in my book!)
*In Search Of....(I STILL love that Rinder & Lewis theme music!)
Could name more, but I'll cut out for now.

Hog, Nuke and Rack, I second all of yours except Night Gallery. I never saw that.

Good grief...how much time did I waste in front of the Boob Tube????

Re: Favorite Classic Television Shows?

I've loved damn near every situational comedy that babysat me from the moment my mother used our TV as my guardian. Hard to pick my favorite "classic", but The Donna Reed Show would have to be my favorite pre-color show.
