Watched episode 3 last night, boy you weren't kidding. That was some weird stuff.

The dialog is interesting. I read the book, it is a history book and the only dialog consists of letters.
They've done a good job so far. It will be interesting to see what they do with the presidential campaign twixt Adams & Jefferson ... you think todays campaigns are dirty ... will be fun.

Guess I'm going to have to ondemand this. I kept seeing that the third one was on last night while flipping around, but I don't want to come in midstream. I really want to see it, though. I think I may have just made my plans for tonight

I've enjoyed the first three episodes a lot. I'm especially intrigued by the gritty details shown of what life was like in Colonial times. Our forefathers did not have an easy time of it.

I'm a sucker for period pieces, and this is so well done. I don't know if any of you have been to Colonial Williamsburg, but it's just like stepping back in time. That's the feel I get from this show.

I've read some stuff on how Adams was shafted in France by Franklin, but it was interesting to see it dramatized.

I watched episode 4 last night and it was great.

I watched the first one and loved it. But number two isn't on demand, only one, three, and four. ugh. Looks like they're going to play them all on friday, so at least I can get them in HD then.

That's kind of strange, all 4 are On Demand here. I wonder if that's just an error as opposed to on purpose.

I've been really enjoying this series as well. For some reason, Comcast doesn't have the episodes in HD for On-Demand. They have them in SD just not HD. The HD John Adams section when I look at it just has little documentaries about Adams' life listed.

Prob some dry cured dutch thing, especially since he spent some time there. I wasn't digging episode 5 much, was kinda slow, and the guy they got to play Alexander Hamilton is super creepy looking.

Yeah looked almost like a backwoods .

Hamilton did have the psycho eyes.

This show is awesome, Can't wait for the last show. One of the best mini-series I've ever seen.
