As for 360; wife enjoys the Tiger Woods game. She also plays Soul Caliber so perhaps my sample is a bit un-scientific.

I second the wii suggestion. My wife generally hates video games, but she will sit down and play the wii.

I just don't know where it's written that when you get married you HAVE to always do the same things all the time. I'd get a 2nd TV and say "Honey, you go watch your houses, I'm gonna blow shit up."

Then again, maybe that's why I'm not married.
