Munich
Anyone see this? I thought it was a great movie, Spielberg always does a good job. It was a little long though. 30 minutes before it ended i was constantly thinking "Time to end now!!!
". Overall it was a good movie though.

Re: Munich
I have seen a number of articles debunking Spielberg's own accounts and what he perceives happened and/or what should have happened. It seems to happen when basing a movie on actual events the director putting in their own little "moral of the story" and to make this look as they wish it had.

Re: Munich
I liked this one very much.
Anyone know the name of the actor that played Papa, the older Frenchman. He's been in a ton of movies and I don't know his name. |

I got this off On Demand last night. Can't say that I was too impressed. Moved too slow and was disconnected. Lost interest in it somewhere around halfway through, but toughed it out 'cause there was nada on last night.

Re: Munich
This is probably my favorite Spielberg movie, I think it was really well done and the acting is great.

Re: Munich
I highly recommend the documentary "One Day in September" to anyone who wants to revisit that tragic event, or to learn more about it. A powerful and moving film. I was only 10 when this happened, but watched the events unfold on TV.....watching it again, with Jim McKay who stayed awake and in the studio throughout the ordeal, was chilling.

Re: Munich
After watching the film it was decent; wouldn't have wanted to pay theater price, but worth the rent.

Re: Munich
The subject matter was so sad, I had trouble watching this. I like upbeat movies, that make ya feel good...
