I get that feeling too. My guess is that its like Curb Your Enthusiasm where the main plot lines are written, but individual scenes may be improvisational.

^^^ that episode isnt even one of the best...

my top 3 episodes are

1. gun fever (season 1/2 (same disc set)
2. The one with the water stain (season 1/2 same disc set)
3. the nightman cometh (this very season's finale)

watch those and report back!

Very saddened.. I have been watchign that show since the exact night it first aired. I even entered the video contest they had to be on the show (submitted a video and everything). I have watched the season one and two DVD set about 8 times all the way through in stints.

I msit confess, season 3 is not all that great, but this season (season 4) has TOTALLY made up for it!
