Denny Crane I thought this was one of the weaker episodes of the season, not that I didn't like it, but it didn't crack me up as much as the show normally does. Must have been one of those more serious episodes? Anybody been noticing Alan hasn't been smoking a cigar at the end of the episodes very regularly this season? I think he's had one out of all the episodes so far, but I could be wrong? |

I thought it was one of the funnier (sp?) ones. Denny was a little over the top, but I laughed. Shall be interesting to see how he gets out of this one. Maybe it was just me.

I'm amused by the fact that Denny fires someone because she is fat, but doesn't recognize how fat he is. The writers are obviously pointing out just how unaware of his own girth, self centered and egotistical Denny is.
I can just imagine the discussions the producers had with Shatner when they presented him with this story line. I can't help but wonder if he thinks the fat issue is a big joke and he is laughing at himself or if he is in denial like Denny.

Another excellent show. I liked the scene that John laroquete gave denny the heart felt speach. Denny's reply was to stand up, turn away from him and fart. Even my wife laughed at that.

I've missed the show lately, it must conflict with something in the new season. But I love it and agree with your statements.

Tonight was sort of weak IMO. But on a brighter side, the wife and I set up a tv outside and I got to smoke a Tat I found in my cooler.

If you didn't chuckle when Denny got arrested and pulled out his phone to call Alan and it chirped like a Star Trek Communicator, you must be dead.
