With Johnny Sac in prison and Phil gone who would step up? The guy wanted to torture his cousin.
During the Wedding Phil was making some disparaging remarks about Johnny Sac and the crying incident. Lost of respect, etc..
Phil comes up to Tony and says "Johnny wants to thank you for a job well done." Why would he say that? I would think that sort of thing would never be spoken of.
