Crash
My wife and I just finished watching Crash- pretty good movie! Wasn't sure what to expect, but it had a great cast and an interesting plot line. The dialogue and acting were much better than I've seen in recent movies. The movie takes place in LA and it basically examines race relations (I know, I know, it wasn't sensational or "I'm a minority- oh whoa is me") from just about all angles. If you've got nothing to do and you're not sure what to put on your netflix list, throw this one on there; I don't think you'll be bored with it.

I agree it was a very good movie...there were a few things that I think the director could of done different to make it even better....but definately worth seeing.

Definitely one of the best movies of 2005. Don't normally care for Matt Dillon, but he was excellent in this movie.

Just saw this tonite. Very well done IMO. If you come away from this movie without learning something, well I don't know what to say.
It's a sad commentary on life that this movie is what it is. |
