Leo Krapio: Gangs of New York

He was worthless in that movie. The movie was Good because of the OUTSTANDING supporting cast. If Krapio had any talent the movie would been great!
Daniel Day Lewis totally made him look stupid in every single scene, maybe thats a testimony to Lewis, hmmm maybe Krapio wasnt that weak of an actor, just not in the same league as Lewis.
Still, he's little Leo trying to be a tough guy in a Scorsi movie and he just cant pull it off, Scorsi lost his mind after Goodfellas.
I dont get Scorsi love affair with Krapio.
Same thing with "The Departed" good, but not great, miscast the lead once again. Krapio cannot play a tough guy, he cant pull it off, Krapio should go do Titanic 2.

What was that sci-fi movie Bruce Willis was in? HATED that. Overall I love Bruce though. EDIT: The fifth element!

I liked the Bourne movies that Matt Damon was in, but they just move so fast that its hard to follow...

I woulda put The Last Samurai as one of Tom Cruises best movies, loved it. I haven't seen Valkyrie but I hear it was Phenomenal.

The Matrix was also an amazing movie, loved that when I was growing up. The other 2 weren't as good but that first one was classic.

I will NOT watch anything with Cage in it. His acting skills are just poor. Just seems like he is playing the same character in every movie. Steven Segal too, he just looks and acts the same in every damn movie he is in...

Maybe I'll put together a list of my top 100 movies.

Valkyrie was very good, especially if you like history.

I like most of those actors in one or two movies, but hate them otherwise. I really hate Alec Baldwin as a person, but as an actor he's not bad. If I had to pick, it would probably Jack Black. He just annoys me.

I have to agree on this one. He has played some good roles (loved him in Glenn Gary Glen Ross) but I can't handle his politics. I wish actors would shut their mouths when it comes to politics because it has turned some of my favorite actors into my least liked.

Biggest problem Dicaprio has is he is completely non-believable in his roles which are either tough guy or leading man. Looking at him you can't actually believe he would be either in a real life situation. Honestly, aside from "The Departed" not being a great movie, skinny little Leo and his baby face are completely out of place as a tough nosed undercover "Southy" from Boston. They would eat him alive in that environment.

Quentin Tarantino needs to stick with screen plays and directing. Same goes for Oliver stone.
Andy Garcia usually falls short
Matthew McGagme (with a spoon) is awful
Afleck was pretty good in Good Will Hunting - nothing since. Like Dicaprio, he is non-believable in many roles, it was Impossible to believe Afleck in the role of Jack Ryan.
His old squeeze JLo is pitiful as an actess, but Oh that backside makes up for a lot
Steve Carrell is monumentally annoying as an actor
The whole cast of Entourage is to my eyes what nails on a chalkboard is to my ears
Jane Fonda - and her daughter ain't much better
Colin Ferrell
James Gandolfini's movie roles have been lackluster
The Rock
I used to like John Cusack, but nothing since his early Teen Comedy days
Emilio Estevez
Tony Danza, but he seems like a likable guy. Just a bad actor.
Ted Danson makes my skin crawl when I see him on screen. I liked him on cheers though.
Toss Woody Harrelson in the crappy actor category and his buddy Wesley Snipes
Alyssa Milano and Denise Richards ain't great at acting but both are fun to look at
Shannon Doherty, and not that fun to look at either
Matt LeBlanc, Schwimmer, and Lisa Kudro should never be seen on the big screen again
Van Damme needs to be deported

Helen Hunt
I laugh at Ben Stiller, and I guess that's the point, but he is a pretty bad actor

Thanks for letting me vent. Beyond the acting, I find very little compelling as to movies in General. Not much thought provoking quality movies IMO these days. There maybe two or three new movies in a year that even raise my interest a little.
