What is everyone reading while Puffing?
Studying "The Art Of War" (I like the Pocket version) great business book.

& "Common Sense" inspired by Thomas Paine, who I'm pretty sure would have supported Smokers rights

I am currently reading the 2nd of the Frakenstein Trilogy redone by Dean Koontz
I am reading Compulsion an Alex Delaware novel by Jonathon Kellerman

I just finished The Defector by Danial Silva.

We have 2 pretty good sized book cases one on either side of the fireplace.....on one side are all of our textbooks from college.....if any one needs to borrow electrical or mechanical engineering type books along with just about any higher level math books.....let me know

I usually read my iPhone. I'm an internet junkie. Sometimes though, I read motorcycle magazines.

I do read books, usually at lunch. Currently reading "What God does when men lead".

The pillars of creation by Terry Goodkind. Sounds philosophical, however, it's actually 1 of a fantasy series. I am a huge fantasy fan.

I i'm currently making my way through A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin. He's pretty much the American Tolkien of the Fantasy world. A warning though the books in this series are all over 1k pages.

Only downside of the book is there is no smoking or use of tobacco (guess it doesn't exist in this fantasy world). O the horrors!!! Lol.

Amazing series. The politics alone were so well thought out and intriguing, throw some dragons and backstabbing and you have the making of a great story.

"The Name of the Wind" is a great one to hold you over while waiting for GRRM.

The only drawback is you start waiting on another author.

I'll have to check out The Name of the Wind, I'm currently on GRRM fourth book... just started actually. I love the characters that are so realistic, theres one in the books for everyone to relate with and I truly feel a sense of loss when any of them die or are in danger. I love the balance of fantasy with realism that draws me back always.

I agree, great writing. There were lots of times I felt bad for the Starks.

If you like Fantasy then "The Name of the Wind" is a must.

It had a unique magic system and cool bad guys.

I had no idea that Koontz was redoing Frankenstein. I must check that out!
