Rescue Me/Weeds
Rescue me:

1). When does season 3 (or is it 4) start?

2). I think a couple of you are firefighters. How accurate is the show?

I haven't watched it since season 2 and I have a lot of catching up to do. Can't wait!

1). When does season 3 start?
2). Any fans of the show?

The only FX show I'm focused on is THE SHIELD! Couldn't get into Rescue me, although I like Leary as a comedian.

I enjoyed season 1 of Weeds, but I don't have showtime, so haven't seen season 2 yet. I'll be grabbing it as soon as it's out on DVD.

you will LOVE season 2! The very last episode is one of the best Cliffhanger scenes ever done on television...hence the reason I am sooo eager for season 3.

It has embellished authenticity IMO. Dennis Leary has ties with FDNY, as well as the Leary Firefighter's Foundation which he formed back in 2000. Some of the stuff is overdone for entertainment reasons, but it does give a small glimpse into what it's all about. As far as the next season, I read it starts sometime in May, and it should be season 4 I believe. The worst firefighter movie/show etc was Backdraft...More wrong than right in that one, but still a good action movie.

I have never seen Weeds, but Rescue Me is one of my favorite shows. Great characters, and awesome storyline. I was a Firefighter before we got laid off and I joined the Air Force, so I guess I am a little partial. It has its moments, it is just so hard to make a firefighting show realistic.
