Grand Theft Auto IV trailer

The official GTA4 trailer got released today and boy the rockstar servers get slammed. I finally got mine from gametrailers.com which shortly after had a "to many users error" from the trailer.

From what I can see the game looks great but didnt see what looked like actual gameplay. So far its still on my " Must Get " list for the 360.

One game that looks really twisted and cool at the same time is a game called "No More Heroes" for Nintendo Wii.

It's by this guy name Suda 51 who did the equally cool and bizzare game called "Killer 7".

The story is this. You are an anime nerd who won a lightsaber on ebay. Then you kill this guy who was ranked the 12th best assassin. A hot chick named Silvia(I think) wants you to go out and kill the rest of the assassins and be ranked the No. 1 best assassin all for money.

The style reminds me of Kill Bill, Killer 7(duh!) and Grand Theft Auto all rolled into one. Remember, the dialoge is suspose to be chessy on purpose for comic relief, at least that's how I see it. Check out the GDC 2007 Trailer at:

I only know of the 360 version right now although it might be coming out for other systems and pc but as of now I dont know for sure.

It is out for Xbox and Playstation ( I think 2 and 3)


Man that trailer looked awesome, I know the gameplay may not be quite that good, but still its is a big improvement on the blocky players and other glitches from the past games. Can't wait to steal a car and run over some pedestrians, then get out and beat 'em with a bat! woohoo! haha


P.S. Keep an eye out for when they release what some of the new features of the game are. I'm looking forward to new vehicles the most I think

Wow, the graphics look INSANE, and the playing environment should be HUGE (like San Andreas). Personally, even though Vice City was one of the best games ever, I think San Andreas was better (no loading time, and a MASSIVE playing area).

Can't wait! The GTA series has always been a fav! Still have the original top/down game from like 9 years ago laying around somewhere lol.

Interesting--sounds like the protagonist is Russian. There's only a few games that really consistently get my attention, and the GTAs are definitely on that short list.

The graphics looked awesome. I am glad that this game is once again set in New York or Liberty City.

Just some clarification. The graphics in the trailer are gameplay graphics. Much like the previous GTA titles, cut scenes, etc. look just like in game play.
So regardless of what, the graphics will be pretty kick ass.
It will be simultaneously released on PS3 and xbox 360, which is a change from before, when the xbox release came up to 6 months later. There will probably be a later pc release, as usual.
