The Boondock Saints
This is one of the best action movies of all times, in my opinion. I have seen it so many times, I can almost quote the whole movie. I am not going to say too much about it because movies are always better when you dont know much going into them. This is, all in all, very entertaining, and enjoyable from beginning to end. Grab a cigar, sit back, and enjoy the ride.

This is a great movie. A friend brought this over to my house a couple years ago...I never heard of it but glad I watched it....I may have to guy buy it now.

It's definitley a cult classic, though in my opinion it's rather over-rated. It's got some great humor in it and classic scenes (the toilet being one of my favorites). I think it "tries too hard" to be a tarantinoesque swearwords and violence extraveganza. These things work well in movies when they fit naturally, but when they're all forced in as a gimmic they take away. I'm not saying Boon Dock St's is fully guilty of this, but in my opinion it feels slightly like that during parts of the film. All in all though, how could you not love it? What's the symbology?

well, we always travel with it, either coppertops or mine, on DVD. we were watching it a few days back on the big screen projection...
