I know I said I would take names regarding an HERF, but havent a clue about what to do! I know that Tampa Humidor is opening in about 2 or 3 weeks, so maybe we can get something going to meet or schedule one there? Of course, that is with the owner's permission and knowledge....any other ideas????

Tampa Humidor isn't open yet last I heard from Mike it'd be the begining of March when he opens.

I already talked to Mike the owner about this. He said he is all for it! Mike from Tampa Humidor is a great BOTL along with owning the store.

count me in...I was at Tampa Humidor and spoke with Mike today but not about a Herf...Hopefully, he will open the 1st week in March...as I mentioned in one of my posts, I thought that would be a great place to have one! Looks like the ball is rolling!

FYI-Cigar Castle has an issue with people bringing in their own smokes. I know at a herf I generally bring some for trading passing out and ALWAYS buy a few at the hosting location.

Mikes new shop will have beer/wine also. By march it should be open. Like I stated previously Mike was all for the Idea of a herf. Personally I avoid giving any business to Cigar Castle. Horrible BOTL IF you want to call him that and he is only in it for the $$$$. Not to mention his prices are higher that usual.

Forgot to mention also ran into ylo2na-Chuck today and never even knew it! LOL

So Cigar Castle is out, we could go to some place in Ybor (maybe Gaspar's I know it's not a cigar store, but they are cigar freindly), or to Edwards I'm sure they wouldn't mind and they have a couple of Domino tables. If anything we could always wait till march, and just do it at Mike's but I'd like to get a "practice" in before
