Steak dinner...
March 14th as many of you know is Steak day. It's the guy's Valentines Day and your SO is supposed to cook you a steak dinner. Well, I've been under the weather for the last week but finally last night I got my steak.
My wife cooked up a T-bone with blue cheese crumble, potato pancakes with sour cream and chives, and a green salad in a bacon bowl. I'm going to have to spend an extra hour at the gym today.

It's just the standard potato pancakes except her's has onions mixed in. The salad is just a premix bought at the store. The bacon bowl is made by turning over a bowl and covering it with tin foil. You then use bacon to weave a bowl on top of the tin foil and bake at 300 degrees until crispy.
