Beer Cupcakes
Now don't get crazy on me. I know beer is fer drinking. Especially Guiness. But when you want a little sweet sum sum, these are the shiznit. My co-worker made them and brought them in for St. Pats. My staff was floored.
I took her out to lunch yesterday and after weeks of denying me the recipe, she finally caved in. It was worth the 2 glasses of Chardonnay. I feel dirty. Here's the link.
