This is what I cooked for fathers day
42 turkeys, 18, 30 lbs roasts,6 cases sweet potatoes, 14 ,90ct cases of mashed potatoes,12 ,14 lbs pit hams. 6cases of corn ,4 cases of green beans. Enough gravy to swim in and i dont even want to go into what was on the salad and desert bar. Doesnt anybody cook at home any more. This is only about half of what i do on mothers day, xmas or thanksgiving. Can you tell I run a big restaurant? Its in the middle of Nebrasks where people still eat real food. will do over $30,000.00 in sales today .Pat
