Wine lovers! I came across this a few months back and it has been a wonderful source of some incredible recommondations.

Wine Access is Canada's equivalent of (sort of) Wine Spectator and yearly they do a review of hundreds and hundreds of bottles of wine to determine the best value in wines under $25 Cdn. Research indicates that 97% of all wine sold in Canada costs less that $25 (I imagine that is probably true of the US as well)

I was pleased to find many of my favorites on this list. Canadians will find that the not all wines are are available in every province.

In addition to "best of" in different catagories the guide also does country by country breakdowns and features a great overview of "Killer" values.
