Attention all my Tennessee Breathren

I am tasked to grill some BBQ ribs for tomorrows Easter. I've sampled some wonderful Tennessee style ribs when i was in North Carolina. I have gathered a couple of dry rubs and sauce from my google search. Here's a sample:

Dry rub

2 tb Brown Sugar
2 tb Coarsly Ground Black Pepper
2 tb Paprika
1 tb Chili Powder
1 ½ ts Ground White Pepper
1 ½ ts Crushed Hot Red Pepper
1 ½ ts Salt
1 ts Garlic Powder

Sauce

1 c Catsup
½ c Vinegar
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
2 c Water
1 Onions, chopped
½ c Brown sugar
1 ts Celery seed
½ ts Salt

I would really like some opinion and possibly some of your own recipe.
