Sam Adams Hallertau Imperial Pilsner

Oh yeah. Damn right. I can finally taste stuff and I needed some good strong beer to get my senses back on track.

I am LOVING this HOPPY as HELL Sammy right about now. Tell you what... this baby has a wonderful lacy head and TONS of hoppy goodness. At roughly 9% Alc. it is nice and "buzzy" too. It's not an ale, but I tell you it has much of the making of a good IPA - cloudy amber color with a bit more dryness and crispness if that is possible. It's the first time for me ( I missed this one last year) and I can say wholeheartedly that I LOVE it! Go out lads and lasses and you GET SOME!!!!!

Hmm...a 9% pilsner doesn't sound much like a pilsner at all Sounds like one I'll have to try soon.
