What we cooking for Memorial Day??

Me? ... Firing up the smoker this evening and staying up most, if not all of the night doing some Boston Butt and one HUGE chicken my dear Wife brought home (7 pounds!!). Along with the BBQ we're having baked beans, corn on the cob, wife's homemade coleslaw, (dee-lish!!!), homemade bread & butter pickles, and etc. Sweet, iced tea goes without mentioning.

Probably be smoking some choice pipe 'baccy most of the night and thinking about a "been saving this for a special occasion" cigar after the big meal.
