On a trip to Thailand a few years back they had these all over the place, hot of the grill. I quite like them.

Boiled peanuts are wonderful. I was introduced to them while living in Tennessee. You can find hot pepper versions of them in some places. Yum.

A friend used to munch on the shell of roasted peanuts.
I've never tried fried.

This just goes to show you can eat anything if it's been deep fried.

I dont eat the shell but its all up to you. If you feel something gritty coming out then dont do it again.
