looking to buy deep fat fryer
I'm looking for a large (oil) capacity, tabletop, single basket, electric deep fat fryer, 120v.
I want the most powerful (1,800 watts is the largest I see online) so the temperature will recover quickly. I've had several "Suzie Homemaker" models but now I'm ready to step up! I currently have a Waring 5 liter single basket model, 1,800 watts, but it's slow to recover temerature once food is added. I'll spend what I need to to get a good model. Thanks! |

I have a Nesco. Nice unit. I got it because the reviews seemed pretty good. I have used it a lot and it works great and is easy to clean.

always try the classified for resturant equipment. sometimes when a place closed down they'll sell their equipment. years back that's how a local place got their walk-in cooler
