Yes, I have a great one. My wife makes hard cider every year. We go several times to warwick and there abouts to pick the varietals of seasonal apples she needs, and she brews her own, down in my subbasement.
There are even pears in the mix, somehow.
Ready for consumption around January or February. I am extending an invite to you, your family or a guest, or any combo therof, if you are interested.
Now dont get me in the details of it. It started about 10 years ago, she got me a home brew kit. I am not really a beer guy, and didnt want to spend the time, so she tried it and not bad. So she started finding out about hard cider, that she likes, and she makes them with and without carbonation, and actually barrells the brew. A bunch of mediavel looking equipment. Almost like a still of some sorts.
And since she is partly of german heritage, she makes me my favorite apple streudel. I have to make the crust(I am a good baker), but she does the filling and the baking.
Let me know. If you like the stuff, I can send you home with a barrel. Shes amazing, and I guess shes a moonshiner in a way.
Much regards Jerry
