yup, party with the neighbors tonight. One of them loves Bourbon, so I think there will be some bourbon and scotch tasting going on.

My go to drink for when I just want to get S faced is Stoli and Liquid Ice or Red Bull whichever is available.

That does sound good, Cliff. I'm going to have to give it a try.

For the fourth of July, I think I'll go with Manhattans. I make mine with Maker's Mark (or, if someone has given me a bottle of Scotch I don't particularly care for neat--like Glenlivet--I'll use that), a little sweet Vermouth, a dash of bitters, a little cherry juice, a maraschino cherry, and a cigar (of course).
