Sorry for all the carnage I'm causing. There's all this crazy talk of a game reset so I gotta get my kicks in before you steal all my hard work in building such an awesome army from me.

...actually it's not about that, I was just bored of having no one to attack and no one who wanted to attack me. But I'm still not pleased with the idea of a reset.

You've lost 25% of your army in the last week, I don't think you'd survive much longer.

This is EXACTLY why I think there should be a 50k max troop size. It forces some action.

[smack talk]Soul Caliber was just lucky that you had the biggest armies once everyone got the hang of it. From there on, you all were just runaway trains.

Poor Soul must be pretty bored with his 170k troops and 1 billion spies and all he can do is sit around and spy on people.

No luck involved, we figured out the math behind the system and worked as a team before the rest of you got the hang of it. If you had organized your efforts as a nation you could have reigned us in before we got too far out of reach.

Anyway themoneycollector, I'm gonna let you go so Lorgath can have a friend to play with.

I don't know how effective a limit on size will be, especially if the game has a limit of 3 months like what's being proposed. If there was a size limit there would be no incentive to attack because once you got to the top everyone would be the same. I think a better method is to have multiple objectives so that being big isn't the only thing that counts.

IMHO, the size limit promotes attacking. If players would have a cap, you would have to strategize your turns more effectively to even reach the top. You couldn't hide behind your sheer size and think that you'll just completely dominate anyone who attacks you and they will all be 1/2 or smaller your size when they decide to attack. Do you really think that's fun? Look what has happened in this round. Most of the fun action was in the 5-20k armies, between similar sized opponents.

As far as 3 month seasons, you have to remember, the current match has only been a little over a month and you haven't built troops in about a week, and as of the end of this week, you were still 2x the size of the next biggest army.

If this went on for another 2 months and there was a cap, there would be some serious bloodshed.....

Now imagine without a cap, you guys could still be building and have 2 months left before you decide to try and fight. By that time, I'm sure most would have given up on you. Most have done so in this season already.

Sure they did. I said "I'll cover you guys" and anyone who wanted to stopped fighting and put all their effort into growing. Me helping them = teamwork. Glock23 did a lot of very important espionage work for us. Besides once my army gets small enough to attack those mid level guys who have beating up on Dinoa and Alkys, I'll show you the real meaning of teamwork.
